WAVAE creator brief
The Cool Down. You have four cans and a pair of recovery eye patches. Drink one now. The other three are for filming.
The format
One moment, filmed the same way every time. Patches on, cold can in hand, after something. After the gym, after a flight, after the day. The after is yours to choose and it is the only part that should change.
Thirty seconds, shot on your phone, no studio.
- The after. You, visibly having just done the thing.
- Patches going on, close enough to see them sit.
- The can opening. Keep the sound.
- You, cooled down. Say the line.
Say the name
Say WAVAE out loud, put it in the caption, and keep it on screen at the end. It is pronounced way-vay. People who want it should be able to find it by searching the name, not only by tapping the product card.
What you can say
These are the claims we are allowed to make. Use them in your own words.
- 112mg of magnesium per can, 30% of your daily reference intake
- 600mg of potassium per can, 30% of your daily reference intake
- Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function
- Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system
- 10 calories a can
- Contains 50mg of hyaluronic acid
- Lightly sparkling, not flat, not sweet
What you must not say
UK food law is strict here and we will have to ask you to take the video down.
-
Nothing about what hyaluronic acid does. You can say it is in there and how much. You cannot say it hydrates skin, plumps, helps with fine lines, or anything about how it affects you. No exceptions.
- No hydrates your skin from within, or any version of it.
- No vitamin C claims. It is in the drink, but we do not have a declared figure yet.
- No low sugar, low calorie or low sodium as a claim.
- Nothing medical. No treating, curing or preventing anything, and nothing about hangovers, migraines, cramps or periods.
- No comparisons to named competitors.
If you want to talk about the eye patches, talk about how they feel and how they look. Cold, nice to put on, part of the ritual. Not what they do to your skin.
Disclosure
You received this product free. UK rules require you to say so, clearly, in the video itself and not only in the caption.
- Use TikTok's paid partnership and commission disclosure toggle
- Put #ad at the front of your caption, not buried at the end
- If you are using the affiliate link, that is commission and it must be disclosed too
We would rather you post nothing than post something that gets flagged.
