Why it earns the space
Most electrolyte drinks carry 500 to 1000mg of sodium because they are formulated for endurance athletes. WAVAE carries 70mg, because it is built for someone who has just finished an hour class, not a four hour race.
It drinks like a sparkling water rather than a sports drink, and it is the only electrolyte drink we have found in the UK carrying hyaluronic acid, so it does something for skin as well as hydration. That gives it a second reason to buy and a second conversation at the shelf.
